First and foremost, this annual online Pro-Am Sim Racing event is to support the SickKids Foundation Charity. Since the inaugural race held in January 2022 the sim racing community and their supporters have donated over $87,000 to SickKids, a remarkable success for a group of about 100 people. The event continues to grow, and the next event is expected to be bigger and more popular than ever.
The 2025 running of the race will be held on the evening of January 8, 2025, and will involve up to 60 teams of 3 sim racers competing in a 2.5-hour endurance race. It is a unique experience in these ways.

SRFTK4 is an event that raises money for the SickKids foundation while having a fun and competitive Pro/AM sim race. The SIM racing community has strongly embraced the event, with the number of entries growing by 83% in three years while donations have increased by 60% in that time. Thank you.
Our focus for this year is on ramping up the donation total. So, we are introducing significant prizing as an incentive to all racers to up their fundraising game. It's called the Donation Reward Prize Program. All individuals who fundraise $500 or more by January 10, 2025, will have the chance to win a prize ranging in value from $50 to $4,000 or more. (See Donation Reward Prize Program section for details). We are confident that this program will result in a field of more than 55 teams including more than 40 Pro/Am teams.
If you own or work for a company (or know someone) who might be willing to contribute attractive, valuable prizing to help with the fundraising incentives, please contact Gary, John or Jim.
Please select one of the options below and provide the required information to enter the event. Once completed you will be redirected to the SickKids donation website where you can register your team and make your optional** entry donation. Once entered you will receive a welcome information package that outlines the event schedule and details.
Pro drivers will be matched with an Amateur Team on Thursday December 12, 2024, in an online DISCORD session at 8:00 pm.
The SRFTK4 Fundraising campaign begins on November 1, 2024, and concludes on January 10, 2025. During this time, teams must be registered on the SickKids donation website. They are encouraged to gather as many donations as possible directly to their team account on that site.
The teams who gather the top three amounts by noon on December 12 will earn the right to select which of the available Pro drivers they want to add to their team. The team with the greatest amount will choose first, followed by the team with the second highest amount then the third team. In all cases the drivers' entry donations are included in the team totals.
In this contest, the data provided by the SickKids coordinator is used to determine the winners. In the event of a tie the team achieving the total first takes priority.

As you can see there were no new entries in the last week, but we did have an additional Pro driver commit to attend, bringing the total to 30. We are waiting to hear from 14 more Pros who aren't yet able to confirm their plans. We expect more than 40 Pros to participate this year. Outstanding support.
You are seeing the Donation Rewards Prize Fund for the first time. Sim and motorsports racing related prizes will be available to all individuals who raise more than $500 by Jan 10, 2025. A lottery will be held on Jan. 11, 2025 to awards the prizes. Many thanks to the companies listed in the footer box for contributing to this fund. There will be more to come.
Remember, the “Pick Your Pro” contest ends at noon on Thursday Dec. 12 and the matching of amateurs to Pros will take place starting at 8:00 pm that evening. You must be entered in the event and have your fundraising page set up to participate.
We know that some amateurs prefer to form a team of three amateurs and forgo having a Pro driver teammate. (although we have no idea why) To accommodate these folks we are initially accepting 8 three amateur teams, so sign up now if that is your plan.
There are limited spaces available for those wanting to race at the HIP Studio. There are already 2 spaces taken so don't wait to enter and be left out.
Congratulations are due to Jim Barass Racing and Team Part Out for finishing 1st and 2nd in the Sim Racing For Men's Health series respectively. They have both won their chance to Pick Their Pro teammate.

Shout out to competitor Rich Price for creating our outstanding new logo. What do you think? Let us know.
There are two primary reasons we hold this racing event. 1. To fundraise for the SickKids Foundation to help them to continue their fantastic work. It's a great way for the racing community to give back.
The second reason is to provide a unique Pro-Am environment for Sim Racing enthusiasts to participate in a fun but competitive event. You can team up with a Pro driver to share a bit of time together and you can compare your driving to theirs. Past feedback is that everyone has a good time. Not only that but it's broadcast live on REV TV and YouTube.
Having fun is what racing at HIP Motorsports is all about. This year they will welcome 9 teams including their Pro drivers live for the event. It is a unique opportunity to step up your SRFTK4 experience and you should take advantage. The food is excellent.
Last year we experienced a slight dip in the fundraising total from the previous year, despite having more teams. This has prompted the organizers to initiate a donation reward program that offers chances to win big for all drivers, Ams and Pros alike. We hope that it will spur everyone to achieve fundraising records this year.
Keep informed over the next 10 weeks by checking out these newsletters weekly.
